I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking therapist. I am an alumni from Mount St. Mary's University. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience in community mental health with high risk populations and in Educational Related Mental Health in the school setting. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Trauma. I have worked in the past in a community based setting as a school base therapist and a MAT assessor. I have experience working with young adults, adults and couples. 

My approach is eclectic, I like to meet with you and discuss your needs and together we can work on an appropriate treatment plan.

Mariah Oca is an Associate Clinical Social Worker and uses she/her pronouns. Mariah completed her Masters in Social Work at California State University, Los Angeles and is bilingual in English and Tagalog (Filipino). Mariah has experience working with children and adolescents in foster care, adults, blended families, as well as foster and adoptive parents. Mariah has worked with individuals and families that struggle with trauma, loss and grief, anxiety and depression, and other life stressors and transitions. Mariah will work alongside and collaborate with you to develop your treatment plan to meet your goals based on your strengths and needs. Mariah’s approach to therapy is person-centered, CBT, mindfulness, and has been trained in understanding attachment among families. 
 
Mariah understands the struggles of im/migrant and Asian American family dynamics, the importance of honoring cultural values, and the journey towards embracing one’s identity. Just as we are encouraged by our loved ones to take care of our physical health, Mariah believes that it has been time for us to pay just as close attention and care to our mental health. Mariah is gender-affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming, and welcomes learning about different identities and experiences.

Beatriz completed her Masters program from Mount St. Mary's University. Currently, Beatriz is completing her Doctoral Degree from Alliant International University. Beatriz, works from a Humanistic/ CBT approach.
